This is domiciled in the UK and is the ultimate parent company of the group, majority owned by the directors and employees.

Chesterfield Insurance Brokers Ltd
Started trading independently December 1999. This is domiciled in the UK and is the group’s Lloyd’s Broker and principal operating company.

Van Wagoner Companies, Inc. purchased March 2005
This is domiciled in the Dallas, Texas, USA and is a Managing General Agent wholesaling mainly surplus lines to retail agents and General Agents, various products on behalf of Lloyd’s underwriters and US insurers.

Chesterfield Canada, inc. created April 2006.
This is domiciled in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and wholesales hard to place commercial business sourced from insurance agents on contracts with domestic Canadian insurers and Lloyd’s underwriters. A branch office operates in Toronto.
